Our Handheld meter products are used by Power Distribution companies to test commercial and residential power meters and to assure their accuracy and safety. This product is available in three modes: 100Amp, 1000Amp and 3600 Amp, based on the Clamp model used.

• 3 voltage channels and 3 current channels with transformer isolation
• Nominal Voltage for voltage channels can be either 100V or 110 V, phase to ground (can be chosen up to 230 V)
• Nominal Current for channels is according to the used clamp Current Measurement using 1000A clamps can be done in two ranges which are from 100mA to 20A, and from 10A to 1000A Current Measurement using 3600A clamps can be done in two ranges which are from 1A to 60A, and from  30A to 3600A (Whenever the current exceeds first range, measurement enters higher range automatically; even in logging, the data will be automatically stored in the right way)
• Sampling Period for each voltage and current channel is equal to 128μs (approximately 7 kHz)
• 16 bit A to D IC is used
• Real-time displaying of measured, and calculated quantities on 4×20 characters LCD display
• Connectable to different types of distribution networks, and extra high voltage distribution networks (380V to 400kV)
• Measurement Precision for voltages and currents is better than 0.3%
• Capability of Logging, Event Recording, Online Trend, and Archive Trend
• Memory backup battery works up to two years without mains power (efficient battery life line is 10 years).
• Connects to PC via Infrared with transmission rate equal to 115200 bps
• Power Supply can be from 80 to 250VAC, and 100 to 300VDC

The device has 64MB of Flash Memory, 33 MB of that is allocated for Log, 27MB is for Fault, and 4MB is for Event.

The device works independent of other devices and the PC. As mentioned before
each device has a Flash Memory in which data of logs, events, faults, and other
needed data are stored. Whenever PC is on, the stored data can be read and saved by
the PC.

System Software Upgrade can be done without making any changes in the hardware.
The new software can be uploaded from the PC and via a communication link.

• Logging Memory is 33MB. It can for example store data of all measurable quantities (Approximately 380) for two months while sampling period is chosen as one minute
