Hamid Naghizadeh(CEO, Member of the board of directors & Shareholder)
Mr. Naghizadeh was born in 1968 in Isfahan, Iran; he received his B.Sc. in Computer Science, majoring in Hardware Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology in 1992. Mr. Naghizadeh has been active in manufacturing hardware from the time he was a university student. He designed andmanufactured a Micro-Computer based on Z80 processor, an EPROM Programmer, and an Emulator EPROM in 1989 and 1990 respectively,because of these achievements he was ranked first in Iranian Informatics Association Competition. He then joined Isfahan University of Technology Research Center and designed different types of hardware.
He began to design A/D and TMS boards in year 1993, in order to sample current and voltage waveforms of three phases. Considering previous experiences in the area of measuring electrical quantities and existence of encouraging prospects for working in this area, he and four of his colleagues from Isfahan University of Technology established Behinehniru Spadan Company in year 1999. The company has worked extensively in measuring quantities of three phase lines, and its products are designed based on recent technologies currently in use around the world.
Mohsen Kalbasi (Chairman of the board of directors & share holder)
Mr. Kallbasi was born in 1969 in Isfahan, Iran. He received his B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology in July 1992, and then he received his M.Sc. in Power Engineering from the same university in September 1995. Academic Activity: Mr. Kalbasi has presented a paper on designing, and manufacturing of an Analog Simulator to investigate the effect of harmonics on distribution lines at Tavanir Conference in November 1995.
Work Experience: Mr. Kalbasi executed enhancement project as chief of the Electrical Power Division in Kashi Marjan Factory from May 1998 to September 2000. Mr. Kalbasi has been on the board of directors of Behinehniru Co. from September 2000. He has been consulted in the designing process of Power Analyzer Device, and has been project manager of Power Quality Monitoring Projects.
Sayed Ali Khajehoddin (Shareholder)
Mr. Khajehoddin was born in 1973; he started his undergraduate studies at Isfahan University of Technology in 1992, and received his B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering in 1997. He received his M.Sc. in Control Engineering from the same university.

Mr. Khajehoddin and four of his colleagues from Isfahan University of Technology established Behinehniru Spadan Engineering Company in 1998. He has been involved in designing and manufacturing Power Analyzer Device in this Company.
Navid Golbon (Shareholder)
He was born in 1974 in Isfahan, Iran. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from ECE Department, Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan, Iran in Control System and Power System Protection in 1997 and 2002 respectively. His thesis titles for under grad and master degrees are "Control of Hydraulic Robot Arm by Labview" and "Detecting Secondary Arc Extinction Time by Analyzing Low Frequency Components of Faulted Phase Voltage or Sound Phase Current Waveforms" respectively.
Currently, he is a Ph.D. student in the field of Power Electronics at The University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, Canada.
During his career in Behineh Niru Co. he involved in many projects such as "Design and Development of Monitoring softwares for Power Analyser, Fault recorder and Electrical Energy Meter Tester" and "Installation and Training of RTU, Energy Meter Tester, Power Analyzer and Fault Recorder".
